"The Top 10 Things I Would Work On As President"

These are ten matters that candidate Vincent Hamm would support if he is elected President of the United States.

1. A balanced budget

2. Decriminalization of certain controlled substances: decrease flow of cash out of country and proper taxing will help reduce the deficit

3. Promote the development and use of stem cells and the research Americans need.

4. Promote the development and use of Nanotechnolgy.

For both 3 and 4 above, it is my belief that America should be a leader so that we can determine the proper use of these technologies. How different the world would be if we had not made the first Atomic Bomb or was the first to put Humankind on the moon and whether you agree with the use of the subsequent technologies or not, who controls the technology is the important part.

5. Ensure constitutional rights of privacy and free speech carry over to cyberspace

6. Technological accessibility across class lines

7. Better funding for improved quality of education

8. Better distribution of food to third world nations

9. Aggressive campaign to prevent spread of disease worldwide

10. Give everyone who can work the opportunity to do so
